Too Much Fucking Effort

When everything is just too extra to handle, it's just too much fucking effort, or simply: TMFE. Used by those who would rather do literally anything else, or - more preferably - nothing at all.

Student: I have to study for this exam, and I need to find a new S.O., and I also need to find a job for summer.
Friend: That's TMFE.
