2. A technique used on the guitar that if played high enough is great for scaring your neighbor's pets.

Constantly bringing up the same issue over & over (ex.racism) until people with different viewpoints get irritated and bitter.

J.Q.A. keeps bringing up how unfair it is that the Astros have no minorities on the team. He also brings up, daily, how the Cubs' fans are bitter about the Sox success. How many times can you hear the same viewpoint before you go nuts? What a scab picker!
