They generally are pretty messed-up themselves and will try to influence you into adopting a life style that resembles theirs because of course they got it all figured out. A life coach is likely teach questionable mindsets such as toxic positivity and empty empowerment or to give uneducated advice about nutrition, exercise, weight loss, mental health, career and love life, only to name a few. They might also try to lure you into sketchy practices such as multi-level marketing, alternative medicine, crystals and similar pseudoscience concepts.
