Maskin is a term that can have several different definitions from describing someone that is unattractive or a person is acting a way that is two faced.

1. A person is so ugly, they need to put a mask on to cover their face.
2. A person is being fake or two faced

A human individual, male or female (rarely animal), who feels that blocking off oxygen to their brain with a cheap covering can stop spreading a virus. This is normally concluded without any independent research whatsoever but a prod of fear from shareholders in big pharma.
