What happens when rival negro gangs meet in the ghettos of the inner city. Usually, the gang commiting the drive by willw wield weapons such as glocks and 9s which are aimed(I use the term loosely as "gangstas" hold these weapons sideways which undermines the weapon's accuracy) out of inexpensive 1980s cars with flashy, chrome rims.

volvo driver

Someone who is so bad at driving that they want a car that is perceived overly safe. They drive slowly in the fast lane, they cut into traffic causing other drivers to swerve and brake violently to avoid a collision.
A particularly vile incarnation are those young urban failures that cruise along reading the paper, playing with the radio or yakking incessantly on their cell phones.
Oblivious Volvo drivers often wave cheerily at the frustrated honks of others as they park, change lanes or slam on brakes for no apparent reason.
The connotation that if it's a Volvo, it's gonna get in your way and negatively impact your safety is so strong that the company is actively working to dispel the stigma associated with their cars.

Bruno caused a three car wreck as he pulled out into fast moving traffic and drove down the middle of the road at 20 mph. What a volvo driver!

gary drive projects

Built in 1982, the "Gary Drive Projects" consist of a large group of apartments and condominiums which sit atop a hill on the border between the city of Hayward and the town of Castro Valley in California. The projects overlook the interstate 580 and interstate 238 interchange and was built on what realtors believed at the time to be prime real estate.

Given the name "Gary Drive Projects" by locals because it is built on the Gary Drive. The area quickly became known as one of the most dangerous ghettos in the U.S. Although easily accessible by two different entrances, the Gary Drive Projects are rarely frequented by local law enforcement officers, and residents of the projects often barricade the entrances to keep cops and non-residents out.

It is even rumored that law enforcement will not respond to calls inside the projects without sending multiple officers due to the dangers involved with officers entering the projects.

Other names of the Gary Drive Projects include; the GD Projects, Garytown, Brick City West, the Gary Hood, and the Hill Top Projects.

Known gangs which claim turf inside the projects include; the Gary Boys, Gary Drive Killers (GDK), and the Velvet Hammer Squad.
