Get the Stefan walkmug. refers to a Cross Walk that has been manually drawn in by a resident, or group of residents, using chalk to provide a safe spot for them to cross the road in their own neighborhood. Something one would typically find on a road that doesn't have speed bumps to slow down cars or just where ever one feels the need to make cars stop for them while they cross the road.
