Polipeople

The expression stands for the Politecnico crowd.
This compound word intentionally suggests both "poli" as Politecnico, and "poli" as a suffix meaning "many, multiple, different".
Adopted by all students as a sort of self-definition, the word is used to identify and/or to address the group as a whole.
me: I heard of a party at Bovisa campus
you: great! let's tell all polipeople!

me: what's up tonight?
you: I don't know...anything from the polipeople?
