Combo of "dated" (as in old news) and graduation. The boy/girl you dated as a senior but have moved on from.

Andy: I can't wait to go to Cornell!
Dwight: What about Angela?
Andy: Dude, she is so gradudated.

An apology that is not an apology, in the manner of a politician.

Rep.: But I certainly offer my deep and sincere apologies to all I have disappointed and let down in any way.
Ex-wife: You had a hooker on speed-dial. This sounds like a polipology to me.
