Milestorming

Verb. The act that people managing or running projects perform when they create milestones for their projects, at the last minute and in a state of frenzy.

Come on everyone, the project presentation to the MD is due at 2pm and we've got nothing. Let's get milestorming.

In running, jogging and walking, a mile that may not be certified to the standard of 5280 feet long. An approximation of a mile, more likely rounded up than down. Slightly derogatory, as the presumption is the number has been overstated.
