hard drive

An object mounted inside a computer that holds data. Not to be confused with the computer itself, the hard drive in the average desktop computer is made of metal and is about the size of a mass-market paperback book.

He said he was having a problem with a port on the hard drive... of course he'd actually blown the controller chip on his USB card and the hard drive was just fine. I didn't know whether to applaud the fact that he knew what the problem was or cry because he still didn't know the right words for it.

Bus Driver Wave

When two bus drivers pass each other during their routes, they wave at each other. It happens commonly in both public transit and school bus routes, and is meant to convince the bus drivers that they actually have friends.

Two bus drivers are at opposite ends of an intersection. As they pass, they wave at each other. This is, simple put, a Bus Driver Wave.

An insult / derogative term deriving from the video game Skyrim, often used by City Guards to suggest a person is weak and / or young / inexperienced.

Possible explanations:
Young babies drink milk from their mother's breasts.
and / or
Those who can't handle mead or ale instead drink milk.
and / or
Milk in Skyrim will restore a Warrior's resource for hard-hitting sword swings. Those who require Milk for this purpose would likely be lower-level, and inexperienced.

Don't be such a milk drinker.
