Annoying web "features" such as pop-ups, pop-unders, favorites icons, embeded sounds, items requiring rare plugins, banner ads that blink or cover site content, sites that won't let you in because you're not running the right browser, etc.

Designers should charge clients triple-time if they start asking for a webnoxious site.

A web server commonly used to host Java enterprise applications. It works just good enough that it is not cast aside, but not poor enough that someone has been convinced to write a better tool. Frequently, unexpected errors will surface without justification, and can be solved by restarting the server.

User 1: Why doesn't this damned thing work!?!

User 1: ...DAMMIT! Now it works!

People who often use the internet and constantly use it as referance/excuse for being "trolled" on social networking and or blogging sites.

Also can be used as a referance to people who repetitively spam for attention.

Webrowzer

A Webrozer is a stick or pole you find while hiking and use to wave in front of yourself while traveling down your path. This removes any spider webs that may be spread across bushes or trees. Thus avoiding a bite or a sticky situation.

While hiking in Wetlands Park if not for my webrowzer i would have ran into a large spider web..
