Inner leg Clevage (ILC) is the space located between a woman's thighs near her vagina. Usually, a "in shape" woman will have space, and her legs wont rub together when she walks, at least near her crotch. A fat woman with no inner leg clevage will have her thunder thighs rubbing together and in some extreme cases must wear flame retardant pants in order to keep from spontaneous combustion.
