An educational organization dedicated to raising the class consciousness of the working class. Its curriculum teaches Marxist theory, labor history, the mechanics of exploitation (surplus value), and strategies for organization and solidarity. Its goal is not neutral education but ideological armament, transforming workers from a "class in itself" (defined by economic position) to a "class for itself" (aware of its collective power and revolutionary potential).
Foundation for Proletariat Education Example: The foundation might run "Solidarity Schools" in deindustrialized towns, teaching not just the history of union busting, but also how to analyze their own workplace for leverage points, how to use mutual aid networks, and how digital platforms extract data as a new form of proletarianization.

It covers democratic socialism, market socialism, anarcho-syndicalism, and the successes/failures of various experiments. It aims to demystify socialism for a general public steeped in anti-socialist propaganda and to provide a robust intellectual toolkit for envisioning a post-capitalist future.
Foundation for Socialist Education *Example: Its popular online course, "Socialism 101: Not Just Stalin," might include modules on the kibbutz movement, the Yugoslav workers' self-management model, Bolivia's plurinational socialism, and modern participatory budgeting schemes, presenting socialism as a diverse, living tradition.*

Get the Foundation for Socialist Education mug.A more ideologically specific and radical institution focused on the theories of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and later thinkers, with the explicit aim of preparing cadres for revolutionary struggle and the construction of a communist society. Education is rigorous, dialectical, and combines theory with practical organizing skills. It is unapologetically partisan, seeing education as a key front in the class war.
Foundation for Communist Education Example: The foundation's flagship program could be a clandestine, intensive "Cadre School," where students live communally, studying Capital by day and practicing digital security, community defense, and agitational propaganda techniques by night, viewing themselves as future architects of a revolution.

Get the Foundation for Communist Education mug.An educational project rooted in anarchist and libertarian socialist traditions, focusing on the practical and philosophical knowledge needed to build and sustain autonomous communes, intentional communities, and directly democratic assemblies. It teaches conflict resolution, consensus decision-making, ecological stewardship, and communal economics, emphasizing prefigurative politics—building the new society in the shell of the old.
Foundation for Communal Education Example: The foundation might operate a "Communal Lab"—a network of rural and urban land projects where participants learn hands-on skills in permaculture, off-grid energy, cooperative management, and horizontal assembly governance, embodying the education it preaches.

Their history spans over 400 years and represents a distinct lineage and cultural identity. This designation establishes a necessary distinction between the unique heritage of Black Americans descended from American chattel slavery and that of more recent immigrant communities.
Foundational Black Americans created the blues, jazz, rock and roll, and hip hop & the heartbeat of American music.

Get the Foundational Black Americans mug.The real MVP of the Art of Science. A Foundationalist is the person who actually lives the reality that "experts" only study from a distance. They aren't the "public" or the "masses"; they are the foundation. Every scientific theory and every piece of art is built using the data, the sweat, and the perspective of the Foundationalist. Without them, the expert has nothing to talk about.
The researcher gets the credit, but the Foundationalist provided the truth. They are the silent partner in every discovery ever made.

Get the Foundationalist mug.An ethnic group/lineage of Negroid(wooly-haired and melanated) people of whom one group are descendants of the Negroid people brought over to North America from the continent of Africa via the Trans-Atlantic slave trade as bondmen and bondwomen. This aforementioned group's lineage goes back to at least the early 1600's on the continent of North America. Then there is a second group whose ancestors inhabited the lands of North America indigenously for thousands of years. This aforementioned group of Negroid's ancestors mixed in with the Manchurians (Chinese) whom arrived on the west coast of North America in 499 led by a Chinese Buddhist missionary named Hoei Shin. Hoei Shin named this land now known as North America 'Fusang'. The mixing in of the two groups of Manchurians (Chinese) and indigenous American Negroids produced the group of people known today as the American Indians. Over time the Indigenous Negroids of North America and those Negroids that arrived on the continent as bondmen and bondwomen intermingled and had an ethnogenesis which produced a unique culture and people being described presently as Foundational Black Americans/FBA. Other immigrant groups, especially other Negroid groups, have tried to characterize Foundational Black Americans/FBA as a cult, a hate group and as xenophobic. All of these characterizations are patently false. Foundational Black Americans/FBA are indisputably an ethnic group/lineage.
Those Negroid people brought over to North America via the Trans-Atlantic slave trade as well as those descendants of the Negroid indigenous groups that inhabited North America before the arrival of European colonizers; they both comprise the ethnic group/lineage now known as Foundational Black Americans/FBA.
