active worlds

Active Worlds (AW) is an 3D web browser for Microsoft Windows. It allows users to assign themselves a unique name, log into the Active Worlds universe, and explore worlds and places that other people have built.

The program's original goal was to be the 3D equivalent to a 2D browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla, where instead of websites, the user could construct an office and display their products in 3D, or build an art gallery and hang the pictures on the wall. However in recent years the program has shifted its attention to more of an art oriented program, in adding features for building.

A prime example of a "contagious" trend of overused verbage.

A young girl came into my shop the other day. She was all of six years old. EVERY (yes, no kidding) sentence that came out of her mouth began with the word "actually". It didn't matter what she was responding to.
Mom: "Ashely, what color would you like to paint that mug for Grandma?"
Ashely: "Actually, I think pink would be nice. Actually, no, maybe blue would be better".
Mom: "I think either would be great".
Ashely: "Actually, I think Grandma would actually like both colors together. Actually, maybe we could call her and ask what she would like more?"
Mom: "Well then it wouldn't be a surprise".
Ashely: "Actually, you're right. Actually I think I'll just use both colors".

Ok, so I'm probably very anal about this, but I found myself counting how many times the kid used the "A" word.
Gawd, I'm such a goober....

Someone who texts more than they breath.
They are very active in their texting.

This texting can go from sexual acts or just heys.
either way you text way to much.

This can sometimes lead to a person with cramped up thumbs.

As if being sexually active having sex a lot, textually active, texting a lot.
