The definition of a W. Aatish is a walking W. Whenever he walks, within a 50 mile radius you can sense the W. He is also the most ripped person alive, easily benching 5k lb and squatting 10k lb. He is also the smartest person alive, attending college right after he was born because he is so intelligent. He pulls all of the girls because of how ripped and intelligent he is.

cough assist

The cough assist is a device used to help patients who don't have a strong cough due to a nuromuscular disease such as Spinal Muscular Atrophy, or Pulmonary Muscular Atrophy. It delivers positive pressure on the lungs, and puts air into the lungs via a facemask, mouthpiece, or endotracheal/tracheostomy tube adpater, and then once the positive pressure is in the lungs it swiches to negative pressure thus simulating a cough.

1. A cough assist is kind of like a suction machine, but a suction suction machine has to have a tube that goes into the lungs to get the stuff out.

a junior assistant manager breakdown is when either a burger king or hardees wannabe manager attempts to stop you from getting a soda when you ordered a water. it sometimes is triggered by a junior assistant manager freakout, and is usually accompanied by empty threats from the middle-aged jr assistant management and bouts of laughter from myself.

some lady: hey! dump it out and get a water!

A person OR persons that dedicate their life to helping themselves while helping others. Somebody who goes above and beyond their call of duty to please their "clients". A Domestic Assistant can do any task put in front of them that involves anything in or around a household. They can also travel with their clients to different locations and assist them in whatever they may need.
