The past-tense of the verb word "tweet" in reference to the social networking site Twitter, as defined by Dr. Stephen T. Colbert, DFA. To "tweet" means to provide short answers to the question "What are you doing?" To "twat" or to have "twatted" means to used Twitter sometime in the past. Get your head out of the gutter.
