"Shit stomping boots" refers to a pair of boots that are good for stomping and kicking. Excellent for fights. Shit stomping boots are usually combat boots, tanker boots, steel toe boots, etc. A good example are Demonia's RIOT-12 boots.

Some wannabe ganger was making fun of me. I happened to be wearing my shit stomping boots so I kicked the shit out of him.

The stomp that James Hetfield lead singer guitarist from Metallica does has his stadge move. As he sings and kills it on guitar he stomps a foot very aggressive and is like his form of a dance stadge move.

I was at this show the other night and bassist was rocking out was pulling off the Hetfield Stomp like it was his own move. It was bitchin'.
