A phrase used to describe a geographical location, The Dirty South. It is a lesser known, albeit cooler way to say The Dirty South or The Dirty Dirty.

A Skee-Town Sizzler refers to when pop-rocks are inserted into a partner's mouth and are activated by urinating upon them. This practice originated in Muskegon, Michigan where people have nothing better to do than find creative ways to piss in each other's mouths.
