Short for Staff Assistant. Staff Ass is a Washington insider term to refer to the young, hot, female, low level employees that are commonplace in the offices of most male members of Congress. Staff Ass are often looking to climb the career ladder in politics, and therefor easy scores for higher ranking Congressional staffers.

He also mentioned the word on the fifth episode of the new carshow "The Grand Tour" which was hosted from a tent in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
