A urine-filled plastic container, such as a milk jug, used by truckers to avoid stopping to use a proper toilet. Generally, slung out the truck window along the side of the highway, and frequently hit by maintenance crews mowing the right-of-way. Also known as a "Truckerbomb"

Many of these 'plebs' can be viewed in Scotland's local zoo, Peterhead.

Walking past the towns main attraction, 'Fresh Catch', we viewed a more famous local, Scott McLeod, known for his Plebocite nature, lack of decent hair cut, and his obsessive and incestuous relationship with his mothers dog, 'Alfie'
