As an english person who lives in Cornwall (otherwise known as an Emmet) I am of the understanding that a Janner is anyone who is born and bred in Devon and speaks with the local accent/dialect... but then what would I know as I'm from "up-country,iernaaet!!!"

janeera

Janeera is a very lazy girl who only likes to mess up things and THINKS she can get away with it. Otherwise, Janeera is a smart girl when it comes to dealing with school work and she BARELY plays in school. Most Janeera's are the youngest so they be VERY SPOILED. Janeera does not usually get all the boys and this is not a very common name so this means Janeera is very different. Janeera can also be VERY annoying and very nice at times, BUT she is also rough and likes to fight a lot. But then does not like at the end when she has to suffer the consequences. Also rude. She also thinks she knows everything(example for her culture).
