You would have to be a real Gillie-Radge to turn up drunk at the airport at the spur of the moment to take the next available stand-by flight to visit your friend in another country.
That Gillie-Radge went on a 4 day bender.
That wouldn't surprise me as they're a Gillie-Radge.

It is reserved for natives of Gilmerton more commonly known as Gillie Radges. It tends to be practiced at the end of the night when the bar/clubs in Gilmerton close as it is felt that is the best time to show off the Gillie 2-Step moves.
The majority of Gillie Radges have two left feet and are therefore partial to the Gillie 2-Step, especially after sinking a ton of drink.
The Gillie 2-Step can also be utilised when crossing a busy road to avoid oncoming traffic and tends to be more effective than the hop, skip and a jump action.
