A cf is commonly known as a snitch or a tattle tale. A Cf is also hated by most parents and all of the teachers. A cf would be like the guy who starts a bar fight and blames it on your sober ass.

CFS WiFi

Internet that is slower than Internet in Africa or does not work at all. Even dialup is faster. Just got "updated" to 1/4 the speed. Has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
