Originally a meme/incident happened to World of Warships . These are changes to kill the RTS Gameplay for Aircraft Carriers into a smoother, faster, and action-phased combat. each planes will become special planes that can strike ships into combat, Turning Aircraft Carriers into Playable DPS Damage Dotter. Many of EU/NA Region became angry and was too reliant on RTS Gameplay, however, in RU and SEA Regions they approved it without any warnings/reasons.

Carrier Rework is the purpose to improve further gameplay and love for Aircraft Carriers.

Carrier Pigeon

A person who moves among the individuals in a tribe of friends, telling everybody what they say about each other. The intentions may be unclear, but rarely does the behavior help mend fences, and it usually blows up bridges. The Carrier Pigeon sits backs with a box of popcorn and watches the fruits of their labors unfold.

Ooo damn, I don't know about her. Bettie and Lydia were having some problems. Instead of encouraging them to salvage their friendship she told them all the bad things they were saying about each other. She's such a Carrier Pigeon.

Carrier

Someone who is sickly or contagious yet still goes out to social spaces, usually in absence of a mask or barrier to keep the general public safe.
They also tend to cough or sneeze without covering their mouths, and rarely wash their hands.

"I was so sick I could barely walk, but still went out with the boys to the party."
-"That's some serious carrier behavior."

i.e.: The sick person should have stayed home instead of potentially getting many unaware others sick.
