A person who is commonly a dick to others. Often bald and arrogant an asshat enjoys to see others do worse than himself. Very anal about everything and the way it has to be done. Most typically also named Chad, Bryant, Greg, Todd, Preston, Doug, or Adam.

A person, who, unbeknownst of his own arrogance believes his shit doesn't stink. It's because of this that this individual has no problem wearing their ass as a hat. The result being an individual who subjects everyone around them to their shit.
