Crew Change

Crew change is the process of switching or replacing members of a crew(seafarers) onboard with other members ashore.
While the seafarers from the ship go off board, new members are sent to replace them and continue effective working.

There hasn't been any crew change since the pandemic.

We've been onshore for long now buddy, we need to request for crew change.
