Track and chilling

The act of using a block starter in the sprinting events: 100m, 200m, 300mH, 400m; and falling at the beginning of the race giving the track a nice grind.

Past Tense:
Aaliyah track and chilled on her 300mH race.

Present Tense:
Track and chilling at the moment so I don't need to run.

Future Tense:
I want to track and chill later at the 100m and eat shit.

Tracism

When you put together your very own term to describe something so much better, clearly or more appropriately than any way possible using comment terms found currently in the English language.

Tracism ex #1 - "Safety-Sandwich": n. when you're not hungry now but Subway is right there & if you don't stop you'll want the sandwich 5 minutes after returning home. You buy the safety sandwich to insure a second trip does not become necessary.

Tracism ex#2 - "Freaking miraculously unicorn": adj. when something is so very amazeballs that it's almost as though you've seen a unicorn.
