This term is used by the skating comunity
it is a term that is used to describe a skater who has a black eye or when the skate board comes in contact with someones eye

yo dude i pulled a skateboard to eye guy today at the park i was trying to do a kick flip and the board kicked under me and got me in the eye

the term comes from the show bill nye the science guy
the term is relativley close to bill nye the science guy and is often sung with the theme song

this term derived from influence on the southern California culture and was featured on a video called beard no beard this arose the popularity and was the start to this saying
it is no used on a common bases in Connecticut and the eastern side of the united states

commonly associated with the motto : BOARDS, BOOZE, AND BABES.

skater

A person that comes to work and is seen by many people but is never found at their desk. They never seem to have time to get their work done. They usually have a "prop" that makes it look like they just "stepped away" from their desk. Something like a Cup of Coffee, a Pair of Glasses laid beside their computer, or a sweater/jacket resting on the back of their chair. Their calendars are never shared. Cell phone is never charged. They never seem to get anything done nor does anyone know of anything that they have completed. The two times of the day you will see them are in the morning when they enter the office and at 5:00pm sharp as they leave the office. Though, sometimes they stay late to make it look like they are really busy.

Worker1: "Hey do you know where Ann is?"
Worker2: "No, she is a Skater, no one can ever find her"

a group of people who have nothing better to do than sit on a quarter pipe while smoking a quarter of pot. usually become bums as there age advances. most of the time they can be caught cracking incredibly stupid jokes while trying to play pranks on eachother that involve their penis.
