(Sarcastic idiom) When a grunt, that is, someone lower or equal to your standing, loudly expells massive braggadocio about a rudimentary action they have taken and succeeded in (or an action that the party using this idiom wishes to denounce as simple and childish), this phrase is brought out to denounce thier "crowning achievement".

A: I can run a mile in 5 minutes, swim the english channel, run accross africa in six weeks, bench 300 lbs, shoot a squirrels' eye from a half a mile, KO a bull in one punch and...

B: So what? You're a fag, do you want a medal for that too?

Medomak Valley

Tha most ghetto school in Maine. Home to a large population of rednecks, theater fags, ugly girls and a small collection of normal people mostly from out of state.
If a remake of "Deliverance" was to be made Medomak would be the perfect place to find the cast.

West Medford

a city just north of Boston, with the highest crime rate in the US. The city is run by thugs and gangsters who call themselves "Wes Mef" and are feared by all other gangs, including the Bloods, Crips, Latin Kings, and MS-13s. It would be in everyone's best interest to stay out of West Medford.

West Medford makes Compton look like Beverly Hills, you just don't hear anything about it because of their strict code of silence.

MWM (Mediocre White Male)

Pejorative term referring to Mediocre White Male (or Man or Men). MWMs are often unaware of their mediocrity and behave as though they are exceptional. The term relies, in part, on the contradiction in the statistical reality that most white men ARE, by definition, mediocre, but many seem to think they are the bee's knees anyway. MWMs lack humility and have a maddening sense of entitlement.

1. I shared my thoughts on the subject, was ignored, then a MWM (Mediocre White Male) said the same thing and was praised. SMDH.

2. This Philosophy 101 class is loaded with MWMs.

3. The United States Congress has more MWMs than seems reasonable.

An entirely make-believe term used by Republicans when the news says something they don't like. One day Republicans will realise that vast majority of America's media content comes through the Clear Channel Network; and who has the majority share in that company? Jeb Bush no less. So Republicans, just try to realise that the news is actually on your side, especially in a time of conflict as all for-profit media companies repeat the ruling party's information.

"Today on Fox News, why dark skinned people in turbans WILL hunt you down and kill you."

Liberal Media? Yeah right.
