The suddenly apparent 'oh shit I'm fucked; I was warned, but I didn't listen' realization as a consequence of choosing international travel during a world-wide pandemic.

This virus-thingy is just a silly, stupid, made-up hoax and I simply REFUSE to change my plans (or my children's plans) when the PARTAYYY MUST-GO-ON.

5 days later: Ummm, seems like we might need some help getting home. The major carriers have suspended travel...
Oh, sure. One rescue stupid-fucker flight coming right up...gotcher check book or credit card ready?

fright dome

Every year during October in Las Vegas the Adenture Dome at Circus Circus transforms into Fright Dome a modified Halloween version of the Adventure Dome with many sinister twists. Spanning 5 acres, the Frightdome(as of frightdome 2006) contains 20 Rides and attractions, 5 Haunted houses including "Cell block 13", "The Fun House of Fear", "The Morge of Misery", "Zombie Mansion" and "Chainsaw Massacre". Freakshows are also included into the Frightful mix. Fright Dome is open October 6th-31st from 7:00PM to Midnight. Regular Admission is 30 Dollars, while a Fast Pass can also be purchased for 41.95$ Many people believe that the "Fast Pass" is indeed the best way to go through the night as Fast Pass holders are granted the luxury of getting to wait very little time in an exclusive line, while those with regular admission are left to rot for 30 minutes or even an hour in line for the Haunted Houses. Frighdome is open on Thursdays,Fridays,Saturda ys, and Sundays during the month. And on the last week of October, Frightdome is also opened on the day before Halloween along with Halloween Day itself. Frightdome is not intended for people under the age of 12, due to the fact that while inside Fright Dome, at any moment you can be chased and scared by many of the frightening actors. The same guidlines go for the Haunted Houses as you are not allowed to touch any of the actors or props. Frightdome is a large event so to avoid sell-outs, order your tickets online and pick them up at the Will-call booth, or simply come very early to get tickets. Frightdome is one of Las Vegas's greatest attractions(for teens) and has been for the past couple years.

Flight Engineer

A third cockpit crew member who has to babysit pilots in planes that do not carry enough automation to allow them to read the newspaper during the entire route of flight.

A simple way to know whether a particular duty is the responsibility of the pilots or the flight engineer is to ask whether it is fun or causes one to receive glory or recognition. If the answer is 'no', then it's the flight engineer's job.
