Tech Butler

A sarcastic term for an IT professional, developer, or tech-savvy person who is constantly asked to perform menial or personal tech tasks that fall far outside their actual job description. These tasks often include fixing home Wi-Fi, resetting passwords, setting up someone's new phone, or explaining how to open a PDF — usually for coworkers, friends, or family members who treat them like on-call digital servants.

Used when:
Someone expects tech support on demand, no matter how irrelevant or inappropriate the request is.

Boss: "Hey, can you help me install TikTok on my daughter's iPad real quick?"
Dev: "I'm deploying a critical update right now."
Boss: "It'll only take a sec."
Dev: "Right. Because I’m your Tech Butler."

Unchi Butler

A "Unchi" translates from Japanese English as to Toyota poo (adult and child) in combination with "Valet". or more fitting "Butler" for starting your vehicle using your phone apl. Someone would use a Unchi Butler to warm up or cool a car during in inclement weather to ensure a more satisfying travel.

Before we head to the cottage I'll use the Unchi Butler so we are all set to leave when I'm done. Go load the car hunny, I'll be 10min. **Car shuts off in 10min, so your eco friendly too.

Noun: An individual given little to no authority over prisoners residing in a correctional facility. Colloquially known as a corrections officers. These sad individuals have the brave task of dealing with violent adults who act like spoiled children. Whether that be inmates or more than likely fellow officers usually both depending on the shift.
