Bailey Shuffle

A hurried, stiff-legged shuffle walk characterized by clenched muscles and minimal leg lift, typically performed by someone with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as they discreetly and urgently exit a room in search of a bathroom. Often marked by a tense posture, focused expression, and an unspoken sense of intestinal distress.
