A commitment to overturn an election, or make it more difficult for certain constituencies to vote, when the election doesn't go the way you planned.

The Democrats clearly stole that election! That's the only way we could have lost! We need candidates who will stand up for election integrity.

This is a phrase coined by Lydia Lunch in her spoken word. Basically it is television, movies, computers, phones, social platforms, & everything the internet has to offer. All these things can be distractions to us. Distractions keeping us from thinking for ourselves, getting off our asses & leaving our homes to explore the natural adventures the world has to offer us. Distractions from being creative with our minds, our music, our art. Distractions from being with each other & having meaningful conversation &/or sharing a delicious home cooked meal.

The weather is so majestic today. I need to step away from the electronic sugar titty & go for a walk.
