A phrase meaning, among other things, "GET OUT!" It shows that one is objectively stupid in every way and has terrible ideas. Best used in context at a team meeting or group gathering, that way it shows everyone, including the "interns" how terrible a brain one has. It is commonly used in close friend groups as a way of slandering one another. It originated at Indian Hills Junior High, where a group of people did a hilarious improv skit together based around an Apple board meeting to find new ideas, where one coined the term, and the rest was history.

Ems job is used by ambulance drivers who were not able to become fireman and were forced to either work on private Ems or stuck on the ambulance rotation forever on the fire department. Ems job or jobs is used when the ambulance company takes a pounding during a 24 hour shift and gets no sleep and is backed up by reports.
