In the movie Office Space, one of the greatest engineers of all time, who's name is Samir, used this method with Lawrence and Michael, their IT friends, to become really wealthy (before the post credits where they get arrested by the FBI).

Have you seen Office Space? There was that dude who went nuts and set the office on fire, but at the very least the employees who worked there knew it would happen and were smart enough to Salami Attack the accounting system before it happened.
