A fusion of socal and norcal lingo most often used to describe objects of particular disdain. The phrase's origins can be traced to the University of California, Berkeley campus where students of the chemical engineering discipline employed the phrase to commiserate about their sad, sad lives.

Scottkoss: Guys!! I had the worst dream last night!
Terrykoss: what happened?
Scottkoss: It was awful! I dreamt I went to college only to have 8am class every day with long ass problem sets that kept me from having any sort of social life!
....*silence*.....
Gregkoss: dude that's hella jenky

Terrykoss: the average on our midterm was 20/100 with a standard deviation of 25.

Hell Niño

The 1992-93 El Niño Winter in Susanville, California, when every storm all winter dumped four feet of snow, and the electricity would shut off for four days at a time, and only come back on just in time for the next storm to hit.

Pictures of cans and bottles of beer stuffed into snow banks are falsely attributed to Canada, but the redneck waste of refrigeration ingenuity on beer rather than on groceries betrays the true origin of the picture as being the Susanville Hell Niño of 1992-93.

From Hell

A phrase taken from the last of the three letters sent to Scotland Yard police from the infamous serial killer "Jack the Ripper." It is especially famous for its gruesome contents: a letter to the police chief and half of a kidney of one of his victims (the letter claims he ate the other half).

The text of the letter reads:

From hell.

Mr Lusk,
Sor
I send you half the Kidne I took from one women prasarved it for you tother piece I fried and ate it was very nise. I may send you the bloody knif that took it out if you only wate a whil longer
