When stress things like job, money, family etc. get to be too much and you (like Fiona Gallagher) have a breakdown/crying jag that lasts 10-15 seconds or less and then you recompose because life doesn't stop and shit has to get done.
Present tense: Having a Fiona moment.

Person 1: How's it going?
Person 2: Oh, you know: Mom's in the hospital and I still haven't gotten a job. I broke down for a few seconds this morning but I quickly got it together.
Person 1: Had yourself a Fiona moment, huh?
Person 2: Yep.

blackbird moment

That moment when a person realizes they have deep, romantic feelings for a very close friend. A person's blackbird moment usually happens a significant period of time after their friend has expressed romantic interest in them. It is unexpected, sudden, and overwhelming.
The name "blackbird moment" comes from Glee's Blaine Anderson's blackbird moment, when in March 2011, he experienced this feeling for best friend Kurt Hummel, after Hummel performed a rendition of the Beatles' song "Blackbird".

Guy 1: omg I'm totally in love with my best friend.
