When a man is having sex and ejaculates on his partner stomach. The person with the ejaculate on his/ her belly goes outside and lays in the sun for 10-15 minutes to let the semen dry. Once dry, the ejaculate is peeled off and eaten. The dry semen is the peruvian pancake.
