Get the Frank outmug. The general feeling or sentiment of being utterly self-conscious, ashamed, self-aware or a combination of all three. This state-of-mind is often triggered when someone makes a playful joke or comment about another person (who then may or may not become Frank). In extreme circumstances one may be rendered socially incapacitated for small periods of time from being too Frank.

For example if there’s a person who is the only one hitting you up/giving you attention and they’re not even your type, but for some reason you like them, you’re franking on them.
Where the term comes from is kinda dark , but it comes from the diary of Anne Frank, where she fell for Peter, and he was the only guy in the annex that she had to choose from, and if she hadn’t been stuck in the annex with him, would she have still fallen for him?
