A wedgie is when you wear hanging underwear (or tighty whiteys) that are pulled up to fit inside the ass crack. It causes great pain and is often used as a form of bullying.
Peter, exhausted from PE, went to change his uniform. The school bully, Spike, went up to him and saw him wear tighty whiteys.
