Compare with 'Troubled Joe'. Everyone has a Klarth in their life. A tall, dark, handsome man with a crappy past and a bleak outlook. He constantly turns to the bottle, and has a real tongue on him. Your dad might be a Klarth. However, if you ever see him hit your mom, he is not the gentle Klarth, but in fact the unholy 'Womanbeater'.

When the parts of a paved race circuit outside of the driving line become covered in rubber worn off from the racer's tires. This condition makes passing more difficult as the pieces of rubber reduce traction off the racing line.
