A person with an obsession with technology, culture or fashion of a previous era that they did not grow up in, typically a gen z who's obsessed with 80's-90's video games, movies, crt tvs, shag carpets, vintage sweaters etc etc.

John: "I finally got my hands on a vcr recorder, i cant wait to write Nirvana concerts to it to watch on my crt!"
