Finergy

A sub-genre of Freeform and Happy Hardcore music, originating from Finland. Finergy was created in the last couple of years most notably by Alek Szahala, Carbon Based, Re-form, Epilim and Pain on Creation. This style blends elements of Trance such as the uplifting synth apreggios and 4/4 kickdrums with the speed and intensity of hardcore, resulting in a very unique style of music much different to Happy Hardcore. Since it's growing popularity many freeform tracks have been signed to respected hardcore labels such as Electronic and Camel Records. As the UK hardcore culture and it's beliefs of Love, Peace and Unity (PLUR) falls to pieces after the commercialism it recieved from chart remixes on All Around The World records, the people are looking to europe to light the way...

forerunner

The Forerunner are a highly advanced humanoid civilization in Bungie's famous video game series: Halo. They were whipped out to extinction many years before the story, and are considered to be Gods to the Covenant religion. Their technology is many centuries more advanced that humans in the games and books, and has been put into use by the Covenant forces, who don't know its full potential. The Forerunner only came into power after the extinction of the Precursors, who were most likely even more advanced than them.

The Forerunner became extinct after having no other choice but to fire the array (Halo rings) to kill off the flood, also killing them. The topic on why they didn't go to their shield Worlds is still under debate.

The Forerunner were very powerful.

A hipster who became vegan or vegetarian after reading <i>Eating Animals</i> by Jonathan Safran Foer. Like Foer himself, they may or may not cheat by eating meat on occasion but will still be sure to inflict guilt on any meat eaters they encounter.

Also: foer-ified (vegetarian inspired)

I watched "Food Inc." and thought it was good but I'm not turning into a foer anytime soon.

If you invite Jenna to the potluck expect her to bring something foer-ified.

She no longer eats meat so make sure any restaurant you take her to is foer friendly.
