Someone who is extremely different, which isn't always a good thing. You either love it, or hate it. They also tend to snap unreasonably, so watch what you say. You never know when you're going to set the bomb off.

A Chandee would say "HEY HELP ME CHEAT ON MY TEST, or I'll eat you!!"

small sub-county in the north of england, often paraded by chavs or the emergency services, place where people are afraid to say "no" if you ask for something. mostly run-down and owned by the council. short distance from werneth, another sub-county over crowded with pakistani's and corner shops.
