The American definition:
1.) An excitable, hyper, or jittery person.
2.) To act in a wild manner.
As defined by white disabled activists from the UK on twitter:
1.) An ableist slur short for "spastic" or "spasticity"; which directly refers to Spastic Diplegia, and anyone (preferably those with power and followers) who uses the term in any context outside of medical science must apologize and be ashamed for having used it.

Also UK: "Spaz" has historically been a part of African American English Vernacular, but any disabled people of color from the US disagreeing with us will be a.) ignored in the conversation on Twitter, or B.) be accused of "reverse racism".

Spaz
Spaz‚ short for Franchi SPAS-12 is a combat shotgun designed and manufactured by the Italian firearms company Franchi from 1979 to 2000. It is known for its distinctive appearance and dual-mode operation, allowing the user to switch between semi-automatic and pump-action firing modes. This feature made it versatile for both military/law enforcement use and situations where less-lethal ammunition (like rubber bullets) might be used, which typically don't cycle semi-automatic actions reliably.
spaz car
A three wheeled vehicle distributed to the handicapped by the British Government in the 1970s (some kind of conspiracy to eradicate them perhaps). They all came in the same ugly light-blue colour.
