When you read/see a Shakespeare play (or any other old literature) and start to talk like the characters (i.e. vocabulary, mannerisms, rhythm, rhyme, iambic pentameter, etc.) on a regular basis.

Guy 2: Dude... what!?
Guy 1: I said that chicks hot, man!
Guy 2: Oh, what was all that you were saying?
Guy 1: Sorry, dude. I've been speaking Shakespeare ever since we read Romeo and Juliet in class last week.

Geeks can look into the story of Romeo and Juliet and decide to see the romance that could have bloomed between Romeo and Paris instead
Gay Shakespeare goes thus: But soft! What light through yonder window breaks? It is the east and Paris is the sun!

a complete waste of quality time in school which could be further used for my sleep. English teachers like it too much, students don't like it at all.
