A particularly noncey, pedo-ish human being. Often the father of two boys whom Roy will touch often, watch naked or even photograph when they are in the nude.

Literally: Rumor on Yard.
Origin: Prison lingo. As in "The word going around is..." or "Rumor has it..."

The ROY is she's in love with Billy.
The ROY is, buy stock now, that company's being bought.

Literal: (prison reference) ROY is, she's doing special favors to get outta here sooner!

Tendency to be edgy, overly religious at times but still remains to be pretty chill. Doesn't like to be interrupted, piss him off and he'll kick or punch you.

Has a tendency to do useless things that will get him nowhere in life, does bad in studies but still manages to come out on top with pure awesomeness in every other field.
