In Italian language, it means that when you go to the restaurant with friends everyone pays only for oneself. It's a way of saying common in Rome.

Alessandro, Dario, Magda and Kasia go to the restaurant but they decided to pay "alla romana"

roxana is a small town in the good ole midwestern state of illinois. roxana high school is located right next to the refinery and it smells like shit 99% of the time. some of the girls get pregnant and some of the guys cheat. everyone vapes, smokes weed, and drinks alcohol except for the handful of redneck christian kids. everyone says ope and sits on their porches to watch tornados roll in. the colors are red blue and gold but gold should be changed to white because everyone is obsessed with saying “merica, fuck yea”. sometimes the guys sing the star spangled banner very loudly but only on a good day. anyways that’s the toxana tea
