An op is an open-party or an open-pad, basically meaning, you don’t need an invite to get in. Usually used to start house parties/ ragers.
Amanda: hey do u want to go to jack’s party later?
mia: do we have an invite?
amanda: no, its an OP!
mia: do we have an invite?

Or OPFOR slang for opposing force- Military term meaning the enemy in a training scenario or a true enemy. A group or entity whose goals go against your own.
