A person who is alot older than they look. Named after the 80's actor Ralph Macchio, because he was 22 years old when he starred as the karate kid and played a 16 year old.

Dude 1: Hey, check out that punk teenager.
Dude 2: He's not a teenager, Dude 1. He's like 23 years old.
Dude 1: Really?! Man.... what a Macchio!

Caramel Macchiato

A delicious drink that starbucks has made their own. It can be served iced or hot. It is a layer of each: vanilla syrup, milk, with espresso, and finally caramel.

When you sip the wonderful concoction that is known as the Caramel Macchiato, that Starbucks made their signature drink, you taste: the rich vanilla syrup, the frothy milk, the bitter espresso, and then the sweet caramel. And you sigh a sweet heavenly release of pleasure.

Related to the term Fascist, a Macist purchases and displays their Apple products with an air of superiority to others around them. Macists don't realize how blindly they buy into corporate ideology. Macists internalize the advertised aesthetic of progress and happiness and ignore others around them.
